15-20 hours per week, initially limited until the end of 2025
Your tasks:
- Support in the day-to-day business of marketing and personnel
- Design of visuals, presentations, reports and marketing materials
- Support in the creation of content for social media, website and internal communication
- Support in the organization of events and employer branding measures
- Maintenance and management of HR and marketing data
- Research on labor law topics
- Support with job advertisements and recruiting tasks
- General administrative activities and operational support for the team
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s students from the 3rd semester or Master’s students, ideally in business administration, with a focus on human resources, marketing or communication sciences
- Interest in marketing, communication and human resources
- Affinity for trends and modern work tools, such as online tools
- Confident with MS Office, experience with Canva or Adobe Suite is welcome, but not a must
- Discretion
- Structured, independent and proactive way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Ability to work in a team and organizational skills
What we offer:
We offer you flexible working hours that are compatible with your studies, as well as the opportunity to work from home. You can expect a modern and almost exclusively digital working environment with an exciting range of tasks in the core business. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience in marketing and HR management and develop your skills. We offer an attractive salary of €15 per hour and additional benefits such as free drinks and snacks, regular team events and a convenient location right next to Frankenthal’s main train station.
