Volker Germann works for Abacus alpha as Head of Leadership Development and the Abacus alpha Academy. In this role, he supports the portfolio companies in areas such as leadership development, conflict management, team development and individual coaching. A particular focus is on expanding the academy as a place of shared learning and further development.
With more than 25 years of experience in training and coaching, including around 15 years in the targeted development of managers, Volker Germann brings extensive expertise to his work. His previous positions include the management of a training provider, over ten years as an independent coach and work in organizational consulting.
His profile combines many years of experience in supporting management teams with a clear focus on practical, implementable solutions for the day-to-day challenges faced by portfolio companies.
