Enise Nur Arslan

Enise Nur Arslan studied business administration in Vallendar and Hong Kong, gaining extensive professional experience along the way. Her career has spanned sales and business development at technology companies, venture capital, corporate strategy, transaction advisory, and global macro investments, as well as her own entrepreneurial ventures. Most recently, she worked as an endowment fund manager at a Berlin university, supported an AI startup, and expanded a family-run hotel business.

She has been an investment manager at Abacus alpha since January 2024. In this role, she applies her broad expertise to identifying and analyzing new investment opportunities and guides them through all phases of the investment process. Her keen analytical eye and in-depth business acumen help her maintain focus, set priorities, and clearly evaluate opportunities in complex decision-making situations. Her entrepreneurial mindset and systemic understanding of complex markets enable her to help shape portfolio companies not only operationally but also strategically. Through her diverse network, Enise strengthens connections both within and outside our portfolio.

Enise Nur Arslan currently serves as an investment manager overseeing the companies Jumag Dampferzeuger GmbH, Ludwig Heuse GmbH, PersonalHub Holding GmbH, MTS Metal Solutions GmbH, Fireboard GmbH, and Abacus Resale GmbH. In this role, she acts as a peer-level sparring partner, initiates strategic initiatives, and actively contributes to long-term value creation and networking within the portfolio.

Abacus alpha’s technology- and industry-oriented investment focus aligns with her personal conviction: to combine entrepreneurial action with substance, innovation, and social relevance. In her free time, she is musically active in the philharmonic choir, enjoys listening to techno music, and stays active through sports.
