That’s exactly what merlin.zwo was all about. Through a partnership-based succession plan, Abacus alpha has acquired 100 percent of the shares in merlin.zwo InfoDesign GmbH & Co. KG, based in Karlsruhe. The two founders will remain in charge of day-to-day operations as managing directors, work with Abacus alpha to shape the generational transition at the management level, and, through their continued entrepreneurial commitment, underscore their confidence in the company’s shared future.
