Nicole Grosche has gained extensive experience in strategy development, M&A transactions, finance and controlling during her professional career in banking and industry and as a member of expert networks, and has gotten to know companies from various perspectives. The theoretical foundation for this was laid during her studies and research activities in Germany, France and Australia.
As Head of Portfolio Management and Finance, she is part of the management team at Abacus alpha GmbH and helps shape the further development of the portfolio and its operational management. She analyzes markets and companies, structures complex decision-making processes and drives organizations forward with a clear focus on sustainable economic viability. In her role, she relies on economic expertise and strategic vision paired with commitment, an understanding of operational reality and heart.
In her private life, she seeks balance in nature – preferably outdoors in wind and weather by the sea or doing sports in the mountains. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and can be found doing yoga or engrossed in a good book.
