Abacus alpha also welcomes the acquisition of its long-standing portfolio company AddVolt S.A. by Carrier Global Corporation. AddVolt develops plug-in electric systems that enable emission-free operation of refrigeration units and exemplifies the development path of technology-driven companies within the Abacus alpha group.
